Roger T. Nazeley writes how ebay refuses to list VM reels that are
printed "Not for Resale." Well, now I've heard everything! ;-)
Seriously I'm not surprised with ebay's sticking there head in the
sand, so to speak. Reading up on their policies awhile back, I
realized how they were taking the safe ground, or were/are they?

The reason I say that is because I don't believe they are actually
just following "orders" so to speak. If they were they would 
disallow ALOT of other auction listings which they haven't. I guess
they are playing with two sets of rule books.

For example, if they were to REALLY follow their own rules, they 
should disallow listings of many books and DVD/VCD disks!
Many books have a stipulation printed inside them to this effect.
I have one that says, 
 "CONDITIONS OF SALE: This book is sold subject to the condition
 that it shall not, by way of trade or otherwise, be lent, resold,
 hired, hired out or otherwise circulated without the publisher's
 prior consent, and without similar condition including this
 condition being imposed on the subsequent purchaser."
The "book" in question is an old Good Ol' Snoopy pocket book. 

Same notices are on DVD/VCD. For example on one VCD I have it 
says,
 "Warning: this Video CD is sold on the condition it is not
 offered for sale or hire outside Malaysia and Singapore."
The VCD in question is, "The Simpsons Too Hot for TV."
Incidently, I bought that VCD on EBAY!!! You can find alot
of VCD still listed on ebay, and most if not all are for the
Asian market.

I sez, "ALL or nothing, Ebay!" :-)
