Hello everybody -

I've gotten a note that I'm approaching my limit on pay pal buyer
transactions, and I need to register a bank account. I'm not too eager
to give out that kind of information, and I don't understand why they
need it anyway if I'm always using a credit card for payment. Question:
once I get to the limit, do I have to discontinue using it unless I
register a bank, or can I continue (ie, is it a bluff?). Otherwise
it's working well for me (don't know how sellers are currently regarding
it right now, though, after the problems last summer)...
