I think they are not bluffing. They definitely limit incoming credit
card payments on the free accounts (no more than $100 per month) unless
you "upgrade" to a fee account. I would guess they will enforce the
other limit you refer to also. I was initially wary of registering my
bank account numbers with them, but I took the leap when I saw that they
at least supposedly have "insurance" that would cover losses due to
fraudulant use of the info. It might be prudent to link to an account
with a relatively small balance, rather than an account with ones life
savings in it. Assuming that there is a difference between the two
