color correction/adaptation

Is there a specific colour-temperature that slide film is designed to be
viewed with?

My aim would be to establish "orthoscopic" viewing conditions so that the
image seen from the slide film matches as well as possible the colour as
seen in the original subject.

Is it possible for a manufacturer to design a film to be illuminated with a
lamp of 3000K to give correct colour reproduction of a subject that was
originally lit with daylight at at 5600K (say)?
