Convergence Camera

I have changed the title of this thread as it no longer realy relates to
the original thread on the suitability of telescope oculars for
stereoscopes.
Larry Berlin seems to have been thinking along the same lines to me but
whatever extent the correction for keystoning is due to the brain rather
than the eyes geometry only his "digital" camera would be able to emulate
that as well as any geometrical effect due to a curved light recieving
surface. And presumably any effects due to geometry could be simulated
digitaly as well removing the need for the curved surface. I did not try
any movement/image correlations with my ping pong model at the time, it was
only an idea for work to show what the eye actualy sees as opposed to what
we finaly see. But I have located my model so if Larry can suggest some of
the sort of movement/image correlations he has in mind I could try them
out. P.J.Homer
