T3D e-mail list on binoculars

Those of you who aren't getting enough e-mail might be interested in a new
list on the subject of binoculars: history, technical aspects, evaluation
and use.  Traffic is quite low at this point.  Recruitment has resulted in
subscriptions from optical engineers, collectors, repairmen,   telescope
historians, and the authors of the only two books in English on the history
of binoculars.
I can send the first half dozen digests in text form to interested parties.
