I guess you could but I find them in surplus stores.
I would call microswitch and ask them for a catalog.
The catalog will tell you the P/N you're searching for.
The SM series is about the right size if memory serves, 
and it often doesn't.  Licon is also a good manufacturer 
with their double break switch.  I would look for heavy 
silver contacts with a gold flash for fidelity and 
protection just as are used in motor starters.  I think 
the halogen lamps I bought by sending my money to that
address I posted probably draw a little less than an amp 
so that should help you size the switch.  DC is rougher 
than AC to switch but at this low voltage, there is no 
problem.
