And Bill is 100% correct.  I had just chucked all my Stereo Worlds in
preparation for a move, but I fished the last few years' worth out of the
garbage and sure enough, the March/April 1996 issue (v23, n1) has both a
drawing and photos of the 2066 Ortho viewer on pp. 32-33.  [The additional
lens is a cemented doublet.]
