Definitely. At the least for aperture dimensions and spacing.

Looks good to me. OD usually means "outside diameter" but as long
as someplace you have an explanation of the abbreviations, I don't
see a problem. Could have OH and OW for outside height and width
if separate columns are OK. That way, if there's a problem with
fitting some viewer, it could easily be checked. How about mount
thickness? Call it OT? That's my problem in medium format. My
viewer's slot is 1.5 mm and many mounts are closer to 2.0 mm. My
own fault of course, since I built the viewer. If I'd had a table
such as you're proposing (or listened to my friends) I would have
made the slot larger.
