I recall that Alfred Lit did an extensive series of studies on
the Pulfrich effect, in the 1950's time frame (?? I haven't looked
it up as I write this).  I would think this function would have
been obtainable from his data.

As far as the chromostereopsis effect, I thought that some
people are "red-near/blue-far", while others are "blue-near/red-far",
and others are neutral.   You can see this reversal if you
block the outer halves of your corneas, vs. blocking the inner
halves of your corneas.
