I wish it were that simply.  The *file type* association hasn't been
changed.  The MIME type association in the MSIE browser has been
changed.  And I can't find where it is kept in order to change it back.
The QTVR file isn't actually saved to disk, although that may be one way
around the problem (saving it and launching from Explorer rather than
from Internet Explorer).
