  Instead of a light bulb you might try
a super bright LED. I recently bought
a key chain LED flashlight for $1.69 CDN
(about $1.10 US). It's a sealed/disposable
unit, but at that price you can't buy
replacement batteries anyway.

  Or, an electronics place like Radio Shack
should carry just the LEDs themselves.

  Test your LED/camera with no film in it
to see if you get the smallest aperture
when you shoot.
