Keystoning results from "toeing in". In stereo pairs, it happens whenever
one image plane is at some angle to the other image plane.

Ah ha! Okay! My little light just came on! We *are* talking about two
different things.
I'm talking about a system that uses the circles of confusion to convey
depth information.
