Below is the section at which you wanted to look, John R. Always
good to have a gander at it once in a while.

I'd say that's up to the membership. Any who are interested, please
send me your vote off-line. JHBercovitz@xxxxxxx Thanks

I used to recommend moving those discussions to alt.flame. Although
I will agree that that is a non-technical topic, it also has to be
related to 3D to move it to P3D. (See below.)

************************ LIST PHILOSOPHY ************************

The e-mail mailing list named "tech-3d" has been established for the
purposes of discussing technical aspects of stereoscopic photography
and stereoscopic vision. Unfortunately, this is not the place to post
stereoscopic computer images. We have available a number of FAQs
(Frequently Asked Questions) in the photo-3d list's ftp directory.
(also web accessible.) Also in that ftp site are a number of stereo
image files. You may wish to refer to the technical directory.

Discussions of the following (in no particular order) are encouraged.

tech-3d Topics:
  Geometry, derivations, formulas
  Perception (stereopsis)
  Projectors and projection theory
  Stereoscopic television theory
  Theory of Stereoscopic Imaging
  Viewers, viewer optics, viewer geometry
  Camera modifications
Creation of stereo cameras from mono cameras

Discussions of the following (and similar) are specifically __NOT__
within the charter of this group:
  Basics / introductory information
  Discussions of brand name loyalties
  Advertising of any kind
  Composition / Artistry / Interpretation
  Any 3D discussions of a non-technical nature

Please refer all non-technical 3D discussions to the "photo-3d" email list.
