T3D e-microscope pairs->anaglyph?

I got a call this morning from a co-worker who would like to
transform some of his electron microscope pairs into anaglyph,
I think it was for projection. These are probably tilt-table
with essentially infinite perspective but Dr. T could tell us
more. Anyhow, back to the problem: Have any of you done this
or do you know how to? He wants to use standard red and blue/
green glasses. Can transparency film be made to match this?
Better to match the glasses to the film (by exposing film to
make filters?) As you can see, I am making wild stabs in the
dark. Perhaps one of you can help.

Thanks,
John B
