T3D Glass scratches

Awhile back I purchased a Keystone Telebinocular.  I started
using it recently (since joining the folios and Apec) and I
noticed it has scratches on both the lenses.  These
scratches catch the light and interfere with the viewing.
Is there a way to remove scratches on the lenses?
