Re: HIE optimum developer

According to one *James Henderson* the *bubbles* or pinholes are caused
more by chlorine in the water used to mix the developer. Hence he
recommends that developers be made up with distilled water rather than tap
water. Presoaking in distilled water wil also help.
Jim was told of the existence of this list yesterday and should be
contributing after his *normal* lurking period. [8-)
