        I am a new list member as of this morning.  Yeah!  I have already
learned so much. Thanks.

My Bio...
Name: Bobbi Doyle-Maher

Profession/Study: Library Assistant/ College classes in Still
Photo, and B&W Darkroom. Watercolor, printmaking, Oil, Pastel,
etc.

Country: USA

Personal History of Photography: Have taken pictures since around
1974.  Began to take pictures for subject matter for painting. Didn't
matter if they were that good. Began to re-evaluate my painting
and decided to go strictly to photography. Have been taking
only B&W for about two years.  I handcolor most all of my images.  I am
trying to learn the ins and outs of Infrared film.  The prints are
wonderful for handcoloring.

Preferred Subjects: Landscape

Materials:Am concentrating on IR at this time. Also am experimenting in
the darkroom trying to get the appearance of grain. I have been testing
the Luminous papers recently.  Use fiber-base for most of my work.

Format:35mm....Canon T90, Pentax K1000

Other strange hobbies: flat-water kayaking, hiking.....mountain
biking..these aren't that strange!

How I found out about this list: I was doing a Web search on Konica film
and the list turned up in that search.

My photographic preferences: I hate to admit that I don't really care for
"straight" photographs.  The Ansel Adams, Weston type.  I guess it's the
background in painting, but I like lots of mood in a photo.  Bring on the
grain, and whatever else it takes!
