little window. I normally put a piece of black electrical tape over the 
window, but one time I forgot and the pics turned out fine.

As regards JOBO tanks, they are safe. I have developed dozens of rolls 
thru the JOBO and I've had no problems.

As an aside, JOBO makes a large film changing bag, actually it is like 
an umbrella. Tons of room inside. I thought it would be great for IR. 
NOT!! It leaks badly. I spoke to JOBO about this and they had heard this 
from others. So I now use a $15 changing bag which has been fine.

The distilled water helps cut down on pinholes to which this film is 
very susceptible. I also use only a plain water stop, not an acid stop, 
for same reason.
