KODAK 4X5 IR

To all,

I currently use  a Linhof  V 4x5 camera, various lenses, and an 88A 
IR filter, and would like  help with some IR photgraphy.

I am seeking answers to the following questions/ topics.

1.   What is the the focus correction for IR on a 4x5 camera?
      ( a percentage of focal length answer would be best)

2.   What is a good developer for developing KODAK 4X5 IR FILM?
      (Please provide temp, time, agitation, tray / tank- preferably 
      tank, asa).
