Yes, Kodak has traditionally acknowledged D-76 1:1 the way monarchs
recognize illegitimate progency: as a sort of possibly charming
aberration.  So any reference to D-76 1:1 should specify the dilution,
and any reference that does not specify 1:1 should be taken as
referring to full-strength D-76.
