question about development

I'm new to the list, so I hope this isn't an old done-to-death thread (but
doubt that it is...).....have any of you developed Kodak HSI in Dektol to
increase the contrast dramatically as one does with Technical Pan ?  
If it worked (or doesn't), I'm interested in hearing about your results.

I'd also like to try some in Rodinal, so any suggested starting points here
would be appreciated....
