For me, Dektol doesn't make any sense.  There are better ways to work
for high contrast than using a paper developer.  As far as HSI is
concerned, Rodinal is my developer of choice.  The dilution, temperature
and time, of course, are going to vary according to the conditions, time
of day and year, etc., but a decent starting point might be 1:50 70F 9
minutes  or 1:25 70F 6 minutes developed via constant agitation in
tubes.  (Lurkers please note we are referring to HSI - the 4X5
equivalent of HIE.)
