Hi:

My son, Geoff (jenday@xxxxxxxx), is a 16 year old who has done lots of
stuff with black and white UV photography.  He likes your website.  He
wants me to ask, how do you get the magenta/red into your photographs
taken thru the nikon equivalent of an 18A?  He is speculating that they
are double exposures with have the exposure done with the 18a and the
other half (to get the red) thru a deep yellow, orange or red?  or does
the Nikon UV let some red in also.  The 18A pretty much just lets in just
UV and IR.  Is the spectral selectivity of the Nikon UV pass filter the
same as for the 18A?  We actually have a B+W (schott) #403.
