In our search, we found Freestyle was cheapest on the B+W 18A equivalent,
a #403. We found the 18A itself, only available as very thick squares,
about $110 for a 3x3, and $250 for a 4x4. We eventually ended up with a
#403 from freestyle, $49 for 49mm. It took 6-7 weeks between order and
delivery because it had to come from Germany. Freestyle was the most
cooperative and had the lowest price.
