I know of a lab in Arlington.  The address is B+W Lab, 1916 Wilson Blvd,
Suite 201, Arlington, Virginia  22201.  I have never used it, but a friend
swears by it for IR.  The price in March for a roll of HIE-135 was $15 which
includes a contact/proof sheet.  The lab's usual practice is to develop HIE
in HC-110 dil B, but I'm certain they'll do what ever you want.
