Tim I too am just starting to use 70mm IR. According to Jim Henderson,
who has answered questions for me, 60 complete rotations of the spool in
the cassette will give you a 15' 55 exposure roll.
I have a an extra Nikkor stainless steel 15' roll which I would probably
sell. I also have a 70mm 100' Nikkor reel and developing tank which I
would sell.
BTW, when I bought cassettes I always asked to make sure they had the
cans. They are a necessity.
