Finding a used Kindermann 70mm reel and tank will be a very difficult task.
 I have been working on it for about a year and was lucky enough to get a
reel but finally had to bit the bullet and purchase a new development tank
for about $165.  The reel is stainless steel and the tank is made from a
plastic-type material.  Best of luck in your search.
