The only filters that I have heard of that do this are a filter that when
used in conjunction with a polarizer change the colour, not the actual
polarizer its self.
To the best of my knowledge they are still made by Cokin in the
following colours and Cokin numbers;
Red/green Red/Blue Purple/Orange Blue/Yellow
No:170 No:171 No:172 No:173
I never bought one as they were quite expensive for me at the time.
