Most 35mm Minox cameras can be used as a manual camera, with limited shutter
speeds. Basically, all one needs to do is to put the foot of a flash
into where the flash slides. This trips a switch, and forces the camera
to shoot at 1/125th of a second. With the shoe in place, using the
X2 switch will force the camera to shoot at 1/60th of a second. You could also
remove the top, and short the switch, forcing the camera to be a 2-speed
manual camera. I had on old ML at one point, and did exactly that.
Somebody mentioned several ways to mount filters. Great, I haven't bought
any new hardware in a couple of years.
The only down point about the Minox, is learning how to load film for this
beast in a changing bag... ...Something practice is likely to cure.
