Exposure recommendations for BTFR 87C gel filter

 I just got my Kodak 87C gel filter the other day after a 1 month backorder
from
 Adorama.  I'm going to mount it BTFR (between the film rails) on my camera and
 I was wondering if anyone who uses an 87C could give me some exposure advice.
 What is a good ISO to set my N90s to?  What's a typical exposure for noon on a
 cloudless sunny day.  I use HIE and like blow out highlights.
 Thanks for your intial guidance in using this filter.
