Started taking photography seriously in 1990, after many years of
dabbling with a Kodak retinette 1b and colour print film. Bought an SLR
and started dev'ing my own film. Never looked back.

All work dev'd as transparencies. Koadak HIE dev'd in Tetenal's dia kit -
hoping to do same with Konica IR.

Question, really.

After using Scala - agfa b+W slide film - I realised just how low the
contrast was on the slides I had made using Kodak HIE and the Tetenal
kit. Has anyone managed to get the contrast up to a reasonable level so
as to give deep blacks on the slides - ? I remember a few of you have
been dabbling with producing sildes from IR film and would be interested to
hear of your experiences.

And is there a ISO/filter/dev recipe out there for developing Konica IR
as slides ? Off to Chatsworth House this weekend and want to get some
shots on Konica.

Thanks for any help,

Paul
