Light Source ?

Hi,
I think that Light Source is a very important item for IR photo.
I'm looking for a Light Source for IR photo.
SUN light isi veryinsecurity and It can't use indoor and not portable.

Flashlight is not containing full IR.
Now, I'm planing to use a Flash bulb(magnesium) for B&W not blue.
If you know good Light Source better than Flash bulb.
