No, I don't believe that it will.  As far as I know, the Bronica 645 system
is proprietary in that you can only use Bronica backs on that camera.  The
Linhof back will obviously work on Linhof  cameras, or maybe if it is
Graflock compatible, other such cameras.  I might be interested in the Linhof
back which I could use on my Technica.  However, I use 70mm film with my
Hasselblad, so I not overly anxious to pickup the Linhof.  Good luck.
