Cross Processing EIR

Hello All,
I took advice form a past post and tried cross processing of EIR.  Maybe 
I read the post wrong, but I recall the person saying that he got thin 
negs @ ISO 200 and would try 100 next time.  There was no mention of a 
filter so I didn't use one.  I shot the film @ ISO 100.  The negs came 
back so dense that I could hardly make anything out.  Next time I will 
try ISO 400 or 800.
