HIE in Diafine?

Has anybody tried developing HIE in Diafine? It gives between one and two
stops extra speed to conventional b&w films, but it isn't predictable- it
depends on what film it is, for example HP5+ goes to ISO 800 but Tri-X goes
to ISO 1600 and newer technology films barely get an increase at all. I
wonder what effective speed difference, if any, Diafine would give to HIE
and whether anyone has tried it and particularly likes or dislikes it.
