EIR film for sale....

I have about 17 rolls of 35mm EIR 36exp film that I want to sell. I recently
got a job as a newspaper photographer and don't have as much time to shoot
infrared. The winter season here in Michigan doesn't help matters either.
This film only has sproket holes on one side though, because I made it by
splitting a roll of 70mm EIR film down the middle. It looks like this:

So you won't be able to use it if your camera needs top and bottom sproket
holes to advance the film. An easy way to test your camera is to take a junk
roll of film and put a piece of tape across the top sprockets and then run it
through your camera.
The other problem is developing it. I'm not sure if automatic E-6 processors
need sproket holes on both sides. Of course if you do your own developing
in small tanks this wouldn't be a problem. Or I suppose you might be able to
find a pro lab to develop it by hand. Or you could buy a 1 liter E-6
chemistry kit from Besseler and do it yourself. E-6 isn't that hard to do.
In fact, the first time I did E-6 processing myself was with a roll of EIR
and it came out great. It takes a lot longer than B&W and temperature is very
critical, but those are the only major obstacles.
Anyways I'm asking $11 a roll, negotiable.
email me PERSONALLY if you are interested.
Thanks Rolland
