Mamiya 6 might still be a bit to expensive, but in Sweden you can get
an M6 plus the 75mm lense for $1150 (second hand), maybe it's cheaper
in the US?
I get the impression it's a good camera, and pretty modern compares to
that 50's equipment you're mentioning.

OK, but the labs I've asked were b/w-only, not just any cornershop
developers.
There shouldn't be any difference to a normal b/w-roll...
