That's true if you take the two pictures on the same frame (by
blocking film advance), but I think that Rolland proposes to
take two *different* pictures and made a "sandwich" of the two
slides.

I try the first approach only (underexposing each picture by
1 stop) and I liked the results with normal Ektachrome.

for EIR, I tested someting else : developping EIR as a ngative,
then making a positive B&W contact on high contrast film, then
a sanwich of the two in one slide frame : One of this days,
I will put this kind of slides on the web ;-), the results were
interesting
