involved, but dont forget, its over centimtres thought meaning that the
effective electric field is just couple of volts per micron. And dust
particles are in micron range. Static charge of few volts on them can
give similar electric fields. What matters for an emission is not the
voltage involved but the effective local field.
So still for me, charged up dust particle on a film could be a candidate
for pinhole like effects.
