I too had an experiance with this just a month or so ago. I forgot about a couple of
rolls of 120 Agfa APX 100 in my suitcase, and did not have it hand inspected. On a
couple of the rolls I have this band of fog, on not all the images, but a few, but one is
enough. My experience was at Charles de Gaulle...be warned. My EIR was definately
inspected by hand....although it took some quick wit to convince them not to open the
canisters...even though they say DO NOT OPEN UNLESS IN TOTAL DARKNESS. I do wonder if
smugglers have taken notice of these little canisters :-)
