XTOL, what is it?

Is X-tol available in small batches.

The only info I could find on Kodak's site seemed to indicated that X-tol
was more of a machine process chemistry line.

Is this so, or can it be used similar to other developers?

Is there a stock solution that you dilute?

I'd like to try it, for no other reason than some have remarked that it
smells better!
