Konica is an Infrared film, as opposed to Ilford's Extended-Red film.

Agfa is not allowed to make infrared film (due to restrictions remaining from
WWII). Fuji does not make an infrared film.

I have been asked to test a new infrared film, but that was months ago and I
haven't heard from my contact.

This doesn't have anything to do with infrared film. Hyphering film makes it
more sensitive. This is normally done to Kodak TP to reduce the exposure time
(TP being an extended-red film might have been the cause of confusion).
