120 back for speed graphics

There is only one caveat here on using the roll film backs on the Speed
Graphic: not all backs are created equal. Some seem to have difficulty
holding the film flat, so bizarre patterns of unsharpness can result.
Stopping the lens down has no effect. As I recall, the backs that use a
lever advance are better than the knob winders.
