HIE in 10x8 format ?

Am I right remembering someone saying that one of the reasons why
Kodak make 5x4 IR film is because they can cut down their 10x8 ?

If this is the case I would be interested in finding out more, as I need
to use a 10x8 camera for some non IR work and it will cost me
70 GPB to hire the camera per day or I have found one for sale at
about 550 GPB + the cost of a lens.  If I can get IR in 10x8 format
I am sure you would lovely contact sheets from it, and I could
also use it for Alt. work.

So is it made, as it is not shown in my Kodak book.
