Just my opinion, but I would seriously consider D76 or Xtol.  My personal
experiences with HC-110 and TMax developer were not acceptable.  Of course, you
may well be looking for results differing from mine.  Examples of my work can be
found on my Web page (the HIE images were developed via D76).
