Uh? I use Netscape, and when responding, things are going right :
The cursor is at the end of included text.  The problem with this
kind of automatic inclusion is that few peoples really take the
2 seconds needed for deleting the footer and (sometimes) change
the subject window.

We are far from IR, no ?   :-)
