I'd be tempted to aim somewhat higher than 100-160 if you aren't going
to use a red filter. I use HIE with studio flash and a 25 red, and find
that ISO 100 gives perfect exposures. Without the red filter, and with
plenty of red and infra-red around (lots in tungsten light), you should
gain about two stops: in other words, I'd be tempted to use ISO 400 as a
starting point. (BTW, I develop HIE for 9 minutes at 20C in Ilford
LC29.)
