On some of their products in 100 foot lengths, Kodak has minimum order requirements. for color
IR it was 33 rolls. that's a lot of film. some other types of film have smaller requirements, like 
5 x 100 feet or something. with the black and white you can get 150 feet of film in a standard size
100 foot roll can as the film is thinner. some other films have the same characteristics. I think the old
2475 which was shot at an ASA of 1000 was one that you could get in 150 foot rolls. used to curl like crazy.

I was not aware that kodak offered discounts if you purchased 33 or
more rolls of their color IR film, EIR, how much of a discount are we
talking about?  The current cost of this film is about $18 US dollars
a roll so any amount of savings would help.
