Clark, 
Here we are again communicating about IR matters! AS far as I know XTOL
only comes as a powder A and B. Any good photoshop stocks it. There
should be some in Delft, certainly! I get all my stuff from either Fimex
in Purmerend or Capi Lux Vak in Amsterdam. You will find the addresses
and telephone numbers in the P&T directories. If you buy a photomagazine
(CM, Focus or Foto) you will get many other addresses as well. Succes!
